Free education
Education is the key to our success. We facilitate free training for all our Salon Partners throughout the duration of their cooperation agreement. Each year, we initiate an ‘education calendar’ for the whole team, filled with inspiring training programmes.
We strongly believe that education strengthens the bond we have together and helps build a better team. We want to work with you in building your self-esteem, enhance your stills and stimulate your natural talent. Our Salon Partners have every opportunity to be their best self, by training together with our team. This will lead to increased productivity and will contribute to great achievements, and to more revenue for you.

We work together as a team. Pierôt is also a recognised Apprenticeship Company, meaning that skilled hairstylists teach students on the job. Our ambitious students are on hand to support you where needed and are eager for your guidance in becoming a hair stylist. Our software registers all treatments carried out by students on your behalf. This means that you can always ask someone to do some work for you, or do some of their work – this is then added to your revenue.

How does one become a Pierôt Partner

It is very important to have a clear agreement. This is done by our rental agreement and cooperation agreement. We can offer you a very attractive agreement, making you a Pierôt Salon Partner.

Pierôt Salon Partners pay a facility fee, based on pre-agreed working days. This is a small rent, covering the use of the salon and its facilities. In conjunction with this, you also pay a revenue fee. This is a fixed percentage of your revenue and covers the services we deliver for admin, purchase of supplies, PR & marketing, education, using the Pierôt brand.

Our 200m2 salon in Amsterdam is located at the Van Baerlestraat 148. This salon has been in business for over 50 years and is well known nation-wide. Our salon has a rich history, the best hairdressers have worked here and it has an excellent reputation. Haarlem
Our 400 m2 salon in Haarlem can be found at Houtplein 4-6 and is a household name in the industry. The name Pierôt can be dated back to the ‘60s and can be traced back to Haarlem. In this salon you will find a complete offering of beauty treatments and clients can feel pampered, surrounded by beauty and wellbeing. The interior is created by top architects Cees Dam and Eric Kuster.

PR & Marketing

 Together we will build on your client base. We’ll create a personal page for you on our website, where you can showcase yourself and your work. The client will have a clear idea of who you are and what your talent is, and you will get the clients that suit your style best. Example: www.pierot.nl/team/sharon.
Clients can also rate your work on your page. Besides this, we have a dedicated team that deals with our Social Media, and we can tag your work. We are there to support you in building your own profile. 

Google, Facebook and Instagram

We have a Social Media team that can post your work on our channels. In addition to this we also have a nice budget to attract new clients through Google Adwords.
